"The highlight of the seminar was uncovering the biblical foundation and calling for philanthropy—it felt as though I was hearing it for the very first time. The spirit in which the seminar was conducted truly reflected God’s goodness, leaving a lasting impression on all of us. What CG&A provided wasn’t just a takeaway—it’s now a constant reminder on my desk and has already transformed how we approach fundraising. By centering donor relationships in our efforts, we’ve seen incredible results; donors have even expressed gratitude for the way we’ve engaged with them. The impact has been nothing short of remarkable."

—Damian Dean, Executive Director at United Community Builders

"Sending our two new development officers to Fundamentals of Fundraising was a great decision for our ministry. The financial investment for this training was the best money that we could have spent to train our staff. Although these ladies were willing and obedient to do what God had called them to do, they did not know where to begin or what was before them. They left with a lot of uncertainty about their new roles, and came back with excitement, purpose, and a plan on how to accomplish their goals. The training removed their fears and stigma about fundraising, and replaced them with an understanding of a greater truth of this is relational work that requires discipling others in their giving. They were handed the gift of a Biblical mindset on why they have been called to do this important work and how they can carry out this work with dignity and dependence on Jesus."

—Felicia Grandinette, Bethesda Director at seeJesus

"It was a real good 'shot in the arm.' I’ve come back for a second time. When you go back home, you’re more confident when you talk to your donors, and you’re more confident about the little nuggets that you can use in your office. Any Development Director—Christian or non-Christian—could use this material and use it wisely. It has really helped me."

—Steve Kane, Director of Development at Westminster Catawba Christian Academy
