Our primary avenue of service is a three-year partnership helping your organization be the best that it can be, particularly in professional development and fundraising.

We do this through four major avenues:

Our service to you begins with an assessment, digging deep to make sure you have the right people in the right positions doing the right things. A hard, honest look at the way an organization runs can feel intrusive, but CG&A takes great care to observe and understand the culture of an organization, its people, and its values.

These assessments cover your organizational structure, personnel evaluation, board engagement, fundraising operations and goals, overall team culture, case for support, and more.

We then provide you a report on our findings and recommendations, informing us both with valuable information to progress forward.

We don’t practice a one-and-done approach, and we don’t want you to either. We come alongside you to foster a sustainable culture by providing extensive training and one-on-one executive coaching in every aspect of fundraising and nonprofit management.

Our coaching and mentoring services provide counsel for your fundraising team to grow in the art and science of fundraising, and any other organizational needs.

We understand the underlying business functions that support relationships. Our proprietary tools ensure your internal metrics are relevant and useful, your network data is organized, and your fundraising plans are tracked with holistic accountability.

In addition, we build communications plans that help you get your message out to the right folks. While there are many groups who do this well, marketing efforts are not always carefully integrated into the goals and efforts of development.
